Two Professional Perspectives, One Personalized Assessment

Every All In Alignment assessment is completed by both Anita Adrain and Cheryl Viczko. You receive the combined insight, experience, and perspective of two Certified Essential Feng Shui® Practitioners working together on your space.

Anita Adrain brings more than two decades of experience in Feng Shui and energy alignment. She helps clients recognize the connection between their surroundings and what is unfolding in their lives. Anita’s ability to see underlying patterns offers clients greater clarity about what their space is communicating and where change may be needed.

Cheryl Viczko combines Feng Shui principles with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a background in metaphysical studies. She helps clients see practical possibilities within their spaces and identify changes that feel manageable, meaningful, and aligned with their intentions.

Together, Anita and Cheryl consider how your space looks, functions, and feels, as well as how effectively it supports the people who live or work there.

Our Feng Shui Approach

Our consultations are grounded in Essential Feng Shui® and the practices and principles of Form School Feng Shui. We assess the physical features of the property, how energy moves through the home or business, how individual rooms function, and how the environment supports the people using the space.

We also consider the four cardinal directions when assessing the property and individual rooms; however, we are not Compass School practitioners.

Your Residential Assessment Includes

1. Your Space and Intention Questionnaire

You will tell us about your home, who lives there, what is currently happening in your life, the areas that concern you, and what you would like to experience differently. This helps us connect the physical space with your priorities, including areas such as finances, career, relationships, health, and well-being.

2. Photos and Floor Plan

You will submit current photographs and a floor plan or clearly drawn layout of your home. We will provide instructions so you know what views and information are needed for a thorough assessment.

3. Additional Property and Personal Information

Depending on the needs of the assessment, we may request the home’s full address, birth dates of the occupants, the home’s construction date, the date you moved into the home, and information about significant renovations or additions.

4. Professional Pre-Assessment

Before meeting with you, Anita and Cheryl will review your questionnaire, photographs, floor plan, and supporting information. We will identify existing strengths, areas of concern, patterns within the home, and opportunities for greater alignment.

5. A 60–90 Minute Private Consultation

During your consultation, we will walk you through what we see, explain why it matters, and share personalized recommendations for your home. You will have time to ask questions and determine which changes feel right and manageable for you.

6. Personalized Written Recommendations

Following your consultation, you will receive a written summary of the recommendations discussed, giving you a clear and practical plan that you can implement at your own pace.

7. A 30-Minute Follow-Up Session

Within 30 days of your consultation, we will reconnect to discuss what you have implemented, answer your questions, and help you adjust or clarify your next steps.

Virtual Full-Home Assessment

A virtual consultation allows us to assess your home through your photographs, floor plan, questionnaire, and supporting information. We then meet with you online to review our findings and personalized recommendations.

Homes larger than 2,000 square feet, properties with multiple buildings, or homes with unusually complex layouts will be individually quoted before the assessment begins.

In-Person Full-Home Assessment

The standard fee for an in-person assessment within 30 kilometres of Red Deer is $1,597 CAD for a residential home of up to 2,000 square feet.

Travel beyond the 30-kilometre service area is billed at $100 per hour based on total return travel time. For a location requiring two hours of travel each way, the additional four hours of travel would bring the consultation fee to approximately $1,997 CAD.

An exact quote will be provided and approved before your in-person consultation is scheduled.

Business Feng Shui Assessments

Every business has different needs. Business assessments are individually quoted based on the size and type of property, number of employees, number of offices or work areas, operational needs, and the organization’s goals.

A business consultation may address workflow, employee well-being, customer experience, productivity, leadership, communication, visibility, growth, and the overall function and energy of the workplace.

Availability and Scheduling

Availability varies throughout the year. Before your assessment is scheduled, we will confirm the scope of your property, the consultation format, the information we require, the total investment, and our current available dates.

For an in-person consultation, please include the property’s location so we can calculate travel time and provide an accurate quote.
